Real Teen Sex Issues

Last night was the debut of, "The Secret Life of the American Teenager," a fear mongering TV show designed to scare teens out of having sex.

So far as I can tell, "The Secret Life" doesn't actually reveal anything particularly shocking about adolescents and sex. But that doesn't mean that real teens don't have issues regarding sex that they aren't broadcasting to the world. Whether is is an actual experience, or a question they are ashamed to ask, a lot of young people are very private about sexuality. And when it comes to GLBT teens who may not have told anyone about their sexual orientation, this issue can be even more common.

Here are some questions gay teens may have about sex but aren't always comfortable asking:
