I Came out to my grandmother i was 16 yrs old that was in 2007 now im 18 going on 19
Were There Any Challenges?
well it was challenging because i come from a Christian family and well my mom's mother (my grandmother) she was really upset because i was gay she thought it was phase but to me its not.... like i told my grandmother i didnt choose to be gay...
Advice
- When your planning to come out tell your parents you want them to be calm and let them sit down or take them to dinner or something
- 2nd you have to know what your going to say and what you have in mind
- 3rd when you do tell them your going to have a relief which makes you u happy and not your parents if their upset dont worry ive been through and still to today
